Organic?

People are very confused as to what Organic actually means. All Organic means is that product is not genetically modified , non gmo, actually genetically engineered. Nature has engineered plants forever, farmers will brush pollen from one plant to another to create new plants, bees do it all the time. But this is natural not chem lab.

Also organic still uses pesticides and fertilizers but I describe it as kitchen sink pesticides not chem lab. All the labels you see claiming natural or pure actually don't yet have a legal definition. USDA is responsible for certifying products as organic but as you can see from this article they are very slow to do anything. Plus in case you didn't know, USDA (and all products that come under USDA auspices) DOES NOT have to follow FDA guidelines for gluten free, it is purely voluntary. That means all meat, dairy, veg, fruit in any form don't have requirement to say gluten free.
