I'm on cover of June Food and Wine magazine
I was honored to be the only Food Speaker at the Boston Celiac Symposium in April with top doctors from Beth Israel, Mass General and Harvard Medical School. I had contacted Blue Diamond to request donations for the New England Celiac (now National Celiac) to reduce cost. Blue Diamond not only donated the almond flour and sliced almonds, but sent me more, as well as interviewing me, my almond recipes for the cover wrap for June Food and Wine magazine sent to 1000 companies and including my recipes in their May blog.
