Kathleen Palmer, the Food and Wine Editor for Nashua Telegraph, interviewed me Wednesday 26 July, 2017 and piece appeared as cover story for Sunday edition of Nashua Telegraph. And I do have other food allergies, my cousin has 20 including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and I say I make safe food for her enjoyed by all.
